Drawing Conversion Services:

Conversion of drawings submitted to our clients’ CRE teams from their supporting community (architects, engineers, interior designers, etc.) into one or more standardized formats based on the clients’ standard layering and data preparation schemes, so that the drawings and data can be employed as required in BAU processes including use as master occupancy drawings, use in the production of background graphics for third party solutions, seamless uploading into IWMS and CAFM solutions, custom point solutions running on client networks, proportionate share calculations for financial cost recoveries, and allocation drawing image files that preserve the space usage data at the time that cost recovery allocations are run. In particular, services focus on conversion of non-AutoCAD 2D drawings into AutoCAD 2D drawings which conform to the client’s standards; and conversion of 3D drawings (Revit, AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD Map 3D) into AutoCAD 2D drawings which conform to the client’s occupancy management standards.  Note that conversion includes adding the space data polyline layers to each drawing.
