At Luft Enterprises, we are specialists in developing custom solutions and productivity tools to assist clients in more efficiently managing their AutoCAD drawings.
Over the past 20 years, we have developed many CAD based productivity tools:
- Routines to enforce standard naming conventions for layers;
- Automation routines to format block imports and the treatment of 3D objects;
- Data tagging tools to associate data with specific spaces in the drawings, including the creation of drop down menus to ensure consistent data tagging;
- Graphics publication tools to enforce layer controls and settings, and to ensure drawings have a consistent look and feel; and
- Other integration tools to allow spatial data to be shared between AutoCAD and third party databases and/or applications.
Note that we are able to program in a number of languages but typically employ AutoLisp, C, Visual Basic, and/or Visual Basic Express.
