Site Surveys – “As Built” Drawing Creation

Perform on site “As Built” surveys, gathering sufficient measurements to create 2D or 3D AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map 3D, or Revit drawings using the client’s corporate drawing Standard. The typical survey captures all full and part height walls, door swings, windows, fixed mill work, plumbing fixtures, desks and partition walls. In addition to architecture and work surfaces, the field survey will also capture spatial information of interest including capacity, occupancy, configuration, space number, space use, and status.  Employee/Contractor name and/or Employee ID data can also be collected. Where required, and at the direction of the client’s CRE team, temporary space numbering grids can be applied and space identification numbers posted in the field.
